TOP GLOVE LEADERSHIP SERIES : MICROSOFT

It was amazing experience last week I have attending leadership talk series at Top Glove Tower @ Setia alam. We have learning the sharing on Microsoft Miles by their managing director K Raman. What I learn from this sharing was how the strategy that Microsoft had take to bring the company up to the top 5 company in this world.

As the world changing fast, they do the transformation on their focus, they go to the basic why they doing business in the first place. The stop focus on inside and start focus to outside, on what relevant to the industry, seek opportunities, seek solution. They change the strategy by start listen to their customer, partner, employees.

I love their new vision, its was very powerful and impactful :
"Empower every person and every organization in the planets to achieve more"
As the world's changing in the fast speed. Microsoft focus on the innovation, technologies, data, Apps.

What they focus to be successful??
1) Growth Mindset
2) Customer Observe
3) Making a difference

What can I understand the organization will be more successful if we bring more good/best peoples with the great idea. They manage to change the organization culture and practice to "One Microsoft". Instead if focus on individual KPI now their focus on changing to pushing each other to be better . And they now go into the technology according to the world current demand.

The other valu that I learn was, there is 3 leadership principal that microsoft do
1) Create Clarity
2) Generate energy
3 )Deliver Success

Got so many other thing that we learn that day , hopefully Top Glove also will become Top Company in the world one day.

Why I Love Working at Top Glove

     Such an honor to be part or the Top organization in Malaysia, Siti dah kerja Top Glove lebih kurang 7 tahun since 2012 sebagai Factory HR or HR Business Partner. Bermula dari jawatan Officer, kemudian Executive dan sekarang sebagai Snr. Executive, banyak yang Siti berlajar dari Top Glove.

  Company Top Glove memang tengah meningkat naik , Siti sendiri experience how this factory berkembang dengan sangat-sangat pantas. Sehingga kini Top Glove Corporation dah ade 42 kilang dalam dan luar negar , 682 Production line dan ade 18,000 pekerja .

    What I like about my company is the culture, everyone has an equal opportunity untuk growth. Kalau  kita buat kerja sungguh-sungguh awak ade peluang untuk cepat naik regardless of umur,pangkat ,background. Ramai je Manager yang muda-muda kat sini, some not yet reach 30 pun dah jadi Manager .

    Lagi satu yang best kat sini ialah Salary /Gaji  , Top Glove antar Kilang yang bagi banyak annual increment, sometime boleh 3-4 kali ganda tinggi dari kilang lain , as long you perform well. Lagi Perform and committed awak dengan kerja lagi tinggi kenaikan, So itu yang Siti rasa paling motivate most of the employee there. Selain itu jugak  if KPI kita okey company akan bagi sebahagian saham company . Ni best giler sebab saham to glove mostly stabil & untuk long term memang recommend korang beli sebab memang increasing trend.

Banyak lagi yang best lagi tentang Top Glove Culture, Leader , People nanti ada masa siti cerita lagi .
